What to Bring To Your Dispensary Visit

Absolutely awful customer service. The short heavyweight guy with a mole had a terrible attitude. I’m shocked they allow them to treat customers like this. I’ve been to many shops in the area and it was the only one I have a complaint about.

only reason this is at 5 stars is because it's the only dispensary in town and half the people shopping there are from Texas that wouldn't know good budz its (Snicklefritz) all of it smells the same half the time it's molded can't wait till this town gets more dispensaries this place is bad............

Your staff totally rocks! Everyone of them, all the time! Seriously, sometimes I stop in just for the friendly faces! And when they leave, I miss them. They have become friends! They have the responsibility of pleasing the public. Not an easy task but your people meet the challenge, impressively. You should be proud! They all deserve an extra $5 as they all are all super nice and extremely respectful, every time I come in!

Very nice location and very clean and open interior. The staff was very knowledgeable about the various products they sell and were able to find everything I needed or wanted to see about. The staff was also very polite and quick, definitely will return again.

This ain't your dad's chaos cafe! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. My first time in there just happened to be the day my favorite product was on sale. I placed an order online hoping to get in and out quickly due to anxiety and was not disappointed. A very nice person greeted me and showed me to the waiting area, and I waited only a couple of minutes. I met Tiffanie at the counter and she was just awesome, so kind and friendly and I felt welcome.
Also, since I saw a couple of reviews complain about the pre-packaged weight, I weighed the two I purchased when I got home. One was 14, the other was 15.
I enjoyed the visit and the product, I'll be back. Thank you PVP Artesia and Tiffanie.

The people at PVP Artesia were super cool and incredibly helpful. Amazing customer service from both gentlemen on shift today. As an anxious person, walking into a building for the first time is always tough. But they were helpful and made it a great experience!
