Not Yet a Card Holder? No Problem!

If you do not currently have a medical cannabis card and believe you have a qualifying condition, please discuss the possibility of medical cannabis as an option with your primary care physician. Each person is required to have a written recommendation from a physician and to complete a client application form.

If your physician does not sign medical cannabis applications, there are many physicians that do recognize cannabis as a medical option. We always recommend keeping your physician aware of all the medications you take, including cannabis.
